For best freshness, store your jerky in a cool, dry place and reseal the bag after opening. Refrigeration after opening is recommended if you don’t plan to finish it quickly.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Yes! Adventure Co. Jerky ships across the lower 48 United States so you can enjoy your favorite flavors wherever your adventures take you. 

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make it right. 

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 within the lower 48 United States.

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns on opened items. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’re always happy to help resolve any issues with your order. 

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the product you received. We’ll work quickly to correct the issue.

Yes. If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and products so our team can review the issue and assist with a replacement or refund when appropriate. 

Approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Adventure Co. Experiences are our sweepstakes, giving you the chance to win once-in-a-lifetime trips and outdoor adventures. Our first experience is Drive Daytona, where the winner and a guest get behind the wheel of a real NASCAR race car at Daytona International Speedway.

There are two ways to enter. You can buy jerky, where every $10 you spend earns you 1 entry, or you can enter for free by post. Both types of entry go into the same drawing.

No purchase is necessary. To enter for free, hand-write your first and last name, street address, mobile number, email address, date of birth and age on a postcard, and mail it to the address shown on the experience page. Each postcard counts as 1 entry.

You'll receive 1 entry for every $10 spent on eligible products. Entries are based on the product price, before tax and shipping, and are added automatically after your order.

There's no limit on purchase entries or postcard entries. If you're entering by post, each postcard needs to be mailed separately and arrive during the entry period.

Experiences are open to legal US residents aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state, if higher) with a valid US driver's license. Employees of Adventure Co. Jerky and their immediate families aren't eligible.

Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries, within 30 days of the entry period closing. We may run the drawing live on our social media, and winners will be contacted by email.
