Shipping policy

At Adventure Co. Jerky, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping details below so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the lower 48 United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS, depending on the best available option for your order and delivery location.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat shipping fee of $6.

Free shipping is available on orders over $40.

Shipping rates and any available free shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other delays outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you so you can follow your delivery.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping Restrictions

There are currently no additional shipping restrictions within the lower 48 United States.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help start a claim with the carrier.

Please include your order number and any relevant details or photos if your order arrived damaged.
